The name cougar Powder coating was adopted in 2003 and has provided a reliable well know powder coating service in South West Sydney, Macarthur region as well as other Sydney county and Interstate clients .

The powder coating Plant is located at 15 York Road Ingleburn , has been constantly maintained serviced and up-graded for well over 25 years. 

As the oldest industrial powder coating plant in the area , we have decades of well proven procedures, techniques and experience to offer the best quality, fastest turn around and quality finished product in the game. 

Larry Beaver      ( Business Manager ) Principal 

Larry Beaver is a pioneer within the Sydney Powder Coating Scene being first involved as early as 1984 running and designing one of Sydney's first industrial Powder Coating lines in the 1980s. 

Since then Larry has maintained his working life in and around the powder coating Industry managing  some of Sydney largest Industrial powder coating operations. 

His life and work experience has culminated in the purchase and on-going management of COUGAR POWDER COATING Ingleburn over the past 10 years. 

There is simply nobody in the game today with the wealth of knowledge and Industry experience as Larry Beaver

David Beaver​      (FACTORY MANAGER ) - POWDER COATER 

​Following in his father Larry's footsteps David has also dedicated the best part of his life around the painting powder coating industries. Some of David's earliest memories are of helping Larry work on Powder coating lines as early as 10 years old.

​David has also gained a wealth of knowledge working within the wet paint spray painting industry both working as a Industrial spray Painter as a Spray booth Service technician.

​David's role within the company is as factory manager and head powder coater. 

David's past technical knowledge  is also used in the maintenance and service of all plant and equipment , he is constantly combining his technical knowledge with his painting powder coating experience in the pursuit of excellence, trouble free powder coating service .
